Thank you for submitting your application to Wildwood Music Camp!
Please Note the following as it pertains to the completion of your students application process:
1. Be on the lookout for an email from "[email protected]" and consider adding that address to your email contacts to ensure communications from our camp Registrar do not get auto sorted to your spam folder. This has happened in past years during the application process and adding it now we'll ensure that important messages are not missed.
2. You should receive an invoice for your deposit in the next 3-4 business days for the amount you selected. Applications are processed M-Th 10am-2pm CST. IF you do not respond to your invoice our Registrar will make every attempt to contact you via email and phone. We DO NOT send registration forms or information through the USPS.
3. Applications submitted April 11th through April 17th and May 23rd through May 27th will be processed the following week. If you submit your application during those weeks, hang tight.
And finally, thank you for submitting your application. We are looking forward to a great camp this summer and excited to have your student be a part of our program.
