Tuition
Tuition for Summer 2024 is $895.00 and all inclusive. It covers room and board, seven days of music education instruction, organized team building activities and games, insurance, a camp t-shirt and camp photo.
Scholarships & Awards
We understand that tuition may be a large financial commitment and in order to help offset the cost of tuition we'd like to offer some resources for you to seek out assistance for need-based tuition/scholarships.
-Dennis Davis Memorial Scholarship - Funds received as gifts of friends and family of the late Dennis Davies, Southern California Music Educator and long time member of Wildwood Board. Scholarship is available to students who are financially in need, for whom camp would otherwise be a strain on family resources. Amount to be determined by committee for each applicant selected and awarded.
- Arrowbear Music Associates (nonprofit based music education organization) - Application opens Feb 1st and must be post marked by April 10th. Applications for students attending various music summer camps were accepted with over $54,000 granted in 2022. Please visit their site HERE for more information.
- National Association for Music Education has a list of various organizations which offer individual grants/scholarships for students in music education. Be sure to check the links for each organizations updated information for the 2023 cycle. You can find them HERE
***Additional Scholarships may be available through your students own school music booster program, PTA/PTO and through other civic organizations which support music and arts education.

Refund Policy
As of the first day of the session, no tuition will be refunded except for unavoidable emergencies subject to review by the Institute Administration. Any agency, school, organization, or individual contributing a scholarship will recieve a full refund of their contribution in the event that a student fails to matriculate.
