Jared Long, violin coach

Jared Long graduated from Cal State University Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education in 2013 and holds a California Teaching Credential from the Cal State University LA Charter School of Education. Mr. Long has served as the Elementary School strings teacher for the Monrovia Unified School District. As a violin coach/conductor for the Schurr High School Orchestra. And as a classroom violin teacher with the Saturday Conservatory of Music. Additionally he is a private strings instructor.

     Mr. Long keeps a busy performance schedule with the Olympia Youth Orchestra, Youth Symphony West Orchestra of the Saturday Conservatory of Music, numerous weddings, chamber music and recital performances throughout the year. In 2014 he joined the faculty at Wildwood working ed as a violin coach for intermediate and senior sessions.
