Our Sessions

Our 2024 dates are: July 7th- 14th
Each year Wildwood offers an instructional camp session in the summer. In one week students play their instrument more than in one quarter of their school year. They will be encouraged and challenged by a professional coaching staff from across the music industry. They have the opportunity to form friendships with other students and to grow both musically and personally over the course of the week. Students come away with memories to last a life time and new skills to take them into their school year focused and prepared for their schools music program.
Our program is designed for students who are entering grades 5 through 9 in the coming Fall. Upon arrival students will participate in an informal audition to place them in the appropriate ensemble for their playing ability. Students should arrive prepared to play at least one scale, with a small prepared piece and ready to sight read a selection. For our younger students we encourage having two years playing experience on your primary instrument. If you are unsure please feel free to contact the registrar or director with questions regarding your students skill level.
